Global refers to a modifier that affects all damage sources, including Attacks, Spells, Damage over time and secondary damage. In game the modifier will be labeled global or will just say increased modifier without specifically labeling attack or spells.
Mechanics and Interactions
Options - Current offensive modifiers include accuracy, flat added damage, increased damage, added flat % critical strike chance, Increased critical strike chance and more damage. Current defensive modifiers include reduced damage taken and less damage taken.
secondary damage - Can only get increased damage from its damage type or global modifiers.
