Things that require global modifiers to work correctly are not easily understood by new players. For example, many builds that use secondary damage, will not be scaled correctly by new players without global modifiers. I also plan to eventually put a lot of data here. Individual global item lists will take up lots of space.)

Global refers to a modifier that affects all damage sources, including Attacks, Spells, Damage over time and secondary damage. In game the modifier will be labeled global or will just say increased modifier without specifically labeling attack or spells.

Mechanics and Interactions

Options - Current offensive modifiers include accuracy, flat added damage, increased damage, added flat % critical strike chance, Increased critical strike chance and more damage. Current defensive modifiers include reduced damage taken and less damage taken.

secondary damage - Can only get increased damage from its damage type or global modifiers.
