Orb of Binding

Orb of Binding is a currency item obtained by combining a full stack of 
Binding ShardsBinding ShardStack Size: 20A stack of 20 shards becomes an Orb of Binding.
(which are dropped by harbingers in the harbinger league). It can be used to to upgrade a normal item to a rare item with up to four linked sockets. If used on an item with more than four sockets, those extra sockets will be lost.
