Mechanics
Eye of Innocence's "Take (100) Fire Damage when you Ignite an Enemy" mod can proc Juggernaut's Unflinching to gain endurance charges. Combined with The Rat Cage, converting 10% of fire damage taken to physical, it cannot activate Vaal Molten Shell effect when you ignite an ennemy, prohibiting any infinite loop effect with a 100% chance to ignite VMS. Fire damage taken also cannot be blocked, and thus cannot activate on block effects such as Aegis Aurora ES regen and Reckoning.
