I suspected that the passive never worked on beyond or scourge or Breach boss. The dev has replied a related bug report thread but did not leave a concrete answer does it really affect Beyond boss or actually just meant for map boss . https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3122892 For the second wording change, i think i read it somewhere that it was intended to be the final map boss to drop map, not all bosses in multi-boss map.
