Mechanics
- +4 to Maximum Fanatic Charges
- Increases this charge default cap of 0 to 4.
- Gain 1 Fanatic Charge every second if you've Attacked in the past second
- Grants you one charge of Fanatic Charge when attacking. This has a delay of one second.
- It does not require an attack to hit an enemy.
- Gain Fanaticism for 4 seconds on reaching Maximum Fanatic Charges
- Grants Fanaticism at maximum Fanatic Charges granting a powerful buff to spells during 4 seconds:
- 75% more Cast Speed
- 75% Reduced Cost
- 75% increased Area of Effect
- Does not disable the generation of Fanatic Charges. Attacking continuously will keep generating charges even with Fanaticism still affecting your character.
- Grants Fanaticism at maximum Fanatic Charges granting a powerful buff to spells during 4 seconds:
- Lose all Fanatic Charges on reaching Maximum Fanatic Charges
- Reaching maximum Fanatic Charges (and therefore, gaining Fanaticism) makes you lose all charges.
Fanaticism is not affected by x% increased Skill Effect Duration because it is not a skill.
