Vaal Cold Snap

The wording of the gem is "This also creates a chilling area around you which expands and deals cold damage over time to surrounding enemies in addition to chilling them." instead of Chilled ground in the non-vaal variant. Probably it is not a "Chilled ground" effect, but a chilling aura? (Same as Chilling Presence). Neokowloon (talk) 05:33, 29 April 2020 (UTC)

You are correct that Vaal Cold Snap does not create chilling ground. It's not an aura though, since it doesn't benefit from modifiers that apply to auras. —Vini (t|c) 07:02, 29 April 2020 (UTC)
