Mechanics
30% chance to Cast Socketed Spells: Each time you use a qualifying skill a single roll determines whether ALL the socketed spells will cast.
Spend at least 100 Mana to Use a Skill: Mana must be spent in order to qualify. Utilizing Blood Magic does not trigger the spells. Spending Energy Shield via Eldritch Battery does not trigger the spells.
