:If I recall correctly the numbers go up depending on the map tier. So technically it has indeed 3 tiers, but it's a binary modifier at the same time. Practically speaking, it's a free mod for the vast majority of builds, and a huge NO-NO for any sort of archmage no matter the tier, so imo it's not a big deal if it's listed like that. | |||

Reduced Recovery

- If I recall correctly the numbers go up depending on the map tier. So technically it has indeed 3 tiers, but it's a binary modifier at the same time. Otherwise it would need to be listed three times in a row, with the same icon and description but a different value, making it probably even more confusing?
