::It still misleading if you have 48% x 2 from two Call of the Brotherhood. Which is quite irrelevant, because it only applies to the legacy version. I think this fact should be presented in a better way to avoid the confusion.
Also, all the information about shocking enemies without the lightning damage hit component is already within here: Shock. Otherwise you'd need to put it anywhere "X happens when enemies are shocked" (e.g. inpulsa). Which honestly creates information bloat, because once again people can simply go to the relevant ailment page instead.
