Supreme Ostentation is a keystone passive skill which makes Attribute Requirements (on the gems and equipment) being ignored as well as removing inherent bonuses provided by Attributes, thus making them irrelevant in most cases.
But items like Module Error: No results found for item using search term "item_name = Shaper's Touch" will still provide bonuses based on the amount of certain Attribute character has.
This can be useful for equipping items such as Mjölner, Garb of the Ephemeral (Synthesised), Cospri's Malice, Null's Inclination, Repentance and Zerphi's Heart.
Location
This keystone will conquer any keystones within the radius of a Module Error: No results found for item using search term "item_name = Elegant Hubris" jewel with modifier Commissioned (2000-160000) coins to commemorate Caspiro.
