Item acquisition
String of Servitude has restrictions on where or how it can drop. It cannot be chanced.
Can only be obtained from The Vaal Omnitect. It always drops as corrupted (thus always replacing the base implicit). Has a chance to drop with two implicits when area level is 80 or higher.
