Recovery refers most often to life, mana or energy shield recovery. All gaining of life, mana and Energy shield is recovery, it can be found for example in flasks but is not unique to it. [1]

  • Leech is a specific form of recovery.
  • Regeneration is another specific form of recovery.
  • Flasks grants a generic recovery, which is separate to the above subcategories.

This means that map modifiers that gives Players Recover Life, Mana and Energy Shield #% slower will affect all the above things since they're all forms of recovery.
