Since notable passive skills from cluster jewels are stackable, if the player does not have other increased/reduced (Mana) Reservation Efficiency mod (i.e. does not take into account of Added Small Passive Skills grant: 6% increased Mana Reservation Efficiency of Skills), other than two Pure Aptitude, then the mana reservation reduced to:
