Lucky means that a number is rolled twice and the best result is picked. Right click to drink. Can only hold charges while in belt. Refills as you kill monsters.

Diamond Flask is a flask base type. It makes the player's critical strike chance lucky for a short duration.

It is impossible to roll the Surgeon's prefix on a Diamond Flask.[1]
