Tranquility is a notable passive skill that grants increased maximum energy shield and Transfiguration of Soul, which (increases and reductions to Maximum Energy Shield also apply to Spell Damage at 30% of their value). It is only available by anointing an item with Oils. Costs 2x Golden oil + 1x Azure oil.
