This article describes historical game content.

Lua error in Module:Passive_skill at line 604: No passive skills with the given name found. Stream of Consciousness is an Atlas keystone passive skill.

Mechanics

This Keystone multiplies the base chance of Extra Content encounters that are able to spawn (e.g. not blocked) by 1.5x. In the case of mechanics with an 8% base chance, this is the same as +4% additional chance to encounter that mechanic; note that not all Extra Content have an 8% base chance. Note that this keystone does not affect sources of Your Maps have +#% chance to contain <league mechanic> or Your Maps have +2% chance to contain other Extra Content from the Atlas tree.
