Altar of Sacrifice (level 3 room) or Table of Sacrifice (level 1 & 2 rooms) are benchs that can be found in Sacrificial Chamber (level 1 room), Hall of Offerings (level 2) or Apex of Ascension (level 3), that provides the player with one of two different functions:
- Sacrifice a unique item for another random unique item (of the same item class if the room was level 2 and 3 : Hall of Offerings/ Apex of Ascension)
- At Apex of Ascension only: transforms unique items found exclusively in the Temple of Atzoatl by sacrificing specific unique items with the matching Vial to upgrade it.
Corrupted unique items can be used on the altar for a random non-corrupted unique item.
