Runebinder is a keystone passive skill which lets you attach an additional brand to an enemy, but reduces your maximum totem limit.
Mechanics
Having a totem limit of zero will normally prevent you from summoning any totems; however, increasing your totem limit works as normal. For example, supporting a totem skill with Module Error: No results found for item using search term "item_name = Multiple Totems Support" will allow you to summon two of that type of totem.
Location
Runebinder is located just above the Templar's starting area.
