Runebinder

Runebinder is a keystone passive skill which lets you attach an additional brand to an enemy, but reduces your maximum totem limit.
Mechanics
Having a totem limit of zero will normally prevent you from summoning any totems; however, increasing your totem limit works as normal. For example, supporting a totem skill with

Supported Skills Summon two Totems instead of oneThis is a Support Gem. It does not grant a bonus to your character, but to skills in sockets connected to it. Place into an item socket connected to a socket containing the Active Skill Gem you wish to augment. Right click to remove from a socket.
will allow you to summon two of that type of totem.

Runebinder lies on the upper left side of the tree, behind a totem and brand cluster near the Spiritual Aid minion cluster. It's right next to Ancestral Bond.
