Mechanics

Unending Nightmare causes Delirium fog from the Delirium Mirror to never dissipate in your maps, preventing it from being ended by any method, including by clicking the hotkey or button, meaning that the Delirium fog will add a permanent difficulty modifier to the map it spawns in.
