Naming item pages

• Use the name of the item as page name
• If multiple items have the same name:
  • if the item is part of a set of items that belong together (like quest items), consider adding (1 of x)
  • if the item is a legacy map item, append the map series in parenthesis (e.x. Map:Canyon Map (Original), Map:Canyon Map (The Awakening))
  • skill books and regret books: append the quest name in parenthesis
