Immutable Dogma is an Atlas passive skill and Atlas keystone, specifically for the Ritual league encounter.

Mechanics

Immutable Dogma causes you to be unable to reroll Favours at Ritual Altars in your maps, however, Ritual monsters killed with this keystone allocated will grant 100% more Tribute.

Location

As of version 3.22.0, it is located near the top of the Atlas passive skill tree inside the Ritual cluster containing Occult Devotion.
