Hidden Vaal Pathways is a prophecy.

The prophecy may activate as soon as a player enter an area which can contain a Vaal side area. For that reason, players must make sure they immediately go where they want if they do not want to waste their prophecy (good trick for a vaal area challenge). Also, do not forget that some areas have two vaal areas that can spawn.

Spawns a Vaal side area in the eligible area you enter.

Version history

Version	Changes
3.17.0	Removed the Prophecy mechanic from the game, and moved many of its rewards to other content. Silver Coins can no longer drop. Existing Silver Coins and itemised Prophecies will be deleted from your inventory and stash the next time you log in after the launch of 3.17.0.
2.3.1	The Hidden Vaal Pathways prophecy now triggers in any area you enter that can support a side area, rather than with a low random chance.
