I did this because increased the character limit is a microtransaction and I wanted to add an explanation for the concept, along with some common and simple examples. I added an explanation for skin transfers, since they are popular microtransactions. I added an explanation for tabs along with a link to the shop.

I tried to give enough information to give a new player a good understanding of the options without going into too much detail for a basic overview guide. I couldn't outright directly tell new players to play that league, so I hinted at it indirectly by noting its benefits over other leagues. I deleted redundant info.

Because all video games are expected to have succinct and consistent tooltips as a given with no explanation needed. GGG's personal feelings of pride is not relevant to a wiki. The wiki will contain specifics for planning ahead in other places making that generic statement uneccesary also.
