Weathered Hunter is a notable passive skill that grants increased and flat accuracy rating. It also grants additional elemental resistances.

Version	Changes

3.7.0	(Undocumented): Now grants +10% to all Elemental Resistances (up from 8%). Now grants 15% increased Global Accuracy Rating (down from 20%). Now grants +100 to Accuracy Rating.
1.2.0	Weathered Hunter also grants elemental resistances. It no longer grants movement speed. The area surrounding the Witch, Shadow and Ranger has been redesigned.
Unknown	Deadeye renamed to Weathered Hunter. It also grants movement speed.
