Valako, Storm's Embrace is a notable Ascendancy passive skill for the Chieftain. It grants additional maximum endurance charge and life regeneration per endurance charge. It also grants more global damage after you consume or lose any endurance charges, and allows to generate them periodically through the usage of warcries.
