Mechanics
Triggers Commandment of Inferno on Critical Strike. The shield has a trigger cooldown of 3 seconds.[1]
Item acquisition
Unyielding Flame has restrictions on where or how it can drop. It cannot be chanced.
Can only drop in the Eternal Labyrinth.
