Unrelenting is a notable Ascendancy passive skill for the Juggernaut that grants increased damage per endurance charge and a reduction to elemental damage while at maximum endurance charges. It also causes all endurance charge to have a chance to gains to grant you up to your maximum endurance charges if you have less instead.
