Throne of Atziri is a room of The Temple of Atzoatl. It can be upgraded from Royal Meeting Room and then Hall of Lords by the mechanics of temporal incursion. The room, as the name and the in-game tooltip suggested, it contained Atziri, Queen of the Vaal as boss. The room can be deadly, as the boss also was enhanced by the modifiers the player augmented in their own Template. Also, the area level of the Temple can be as high as 83, even higher than , which was fixed at 80.

The minimum level of the Temple that contains Atziri was 68, the minimum level that Royal Meeting Room can be spawn as temporal incursion.
