Acquisition

This item is exclusive to the Harbinger leagues. It can only be obtained by putting together the three Pieces of Storms:

Callous Mask PieceThis item will transform when correctly arranged with other items.

When the last piece is placed, they will all vanish, and the player will be left with the forged item.
