Point Blank Stacking?

Point Blank Clarification
I know that the distance oriented part of Module Error: No skills found with q_where = skill.active_skill_name="Point Blank"'s damage increase (Projectile Attacks deal up to 50% more Damage to targets at the start of their movement...) does not affect secondary damage types like that of Explosive Arrow's explosion, but could the last line's "(0-38)% increased Projectile Damage" affect it as it is not specific? Or is it still tied in with the "attack only" theme.
