Damage conversion question
is the extra damage from this gem applied before or after it is converted to an elemental damage, if the active skill converts physical damage to elemental damage? infernal blow for example
physical damage * this gem multiplier -> convert 50% to fire damage
or
physical damage -> convert 50% to fire and the remaining 50% physical damage * gem multiplier?
