Need weapon elemental damage clarification

The article is unclear and perhaps contradictory on the point of whether increased weapon elemental damage increases the explosion damage portion of Infernal Blow. I don't know which is correct. Adalace (talk) 23:53, 24 February 2013 (UTC)

I am 99% sure that the explosion does not benefit from Weapon Elemental Damage bonuses. The initial hit does though. —Vinifera7 (talk) 00:37, 25 February 2013 (UTC)

"Attacks with your weapon, applying a charged debuff to enemies hit by your strike, and an uncharged debuff to any other enemies hit"

enemies hit...by whom?

Who is this, who is hitting enemies, and is not me?
