In 3.14 undocumented change, can now only drop in Dersert Springs map
Changed the wiki but pro user undid it due to "player speculation". However with all the threads on the forums and reddit along with poedb.tw showing its drop ilvl as 80, I am confident in stating it only drops in Desert Springs map (which has a base area lvl of 80.

- 1) poedb is a third party site and not run by GGG. Even drop level is tuned to area level 80, top tier Desert Map and Dunes Map can fulfil the criterion
