Bug

This must be a bug that GGG forget to nerf crafted mod. The default value for crafted increased Critical Strike Chance during Flask Effect is still 60-80%, and crafted mod still have (8-12)% increased Movement Speed during Flask effect.

And probably trade site is bugged too. It show Recharges 5 Charges when you Consume an Ignited corpse (default value 5) and Recharges 1 Charge when you Consume an Ignited corpse (default value 1) are two mods, as well as the mod Recover #% of Life when you Kill an Enemy during Flask Effect has a fixed 3 value.
