I haven't patched the game so that i can't test it myself to divine the flask. Bug
This must be a bug that GGG forget to nerf crafted mod. The default value for crafted increased Critical Strike Chance during Flask Effect is still 60-80%, and crafted mod still have (8-12)% increased Movement Speed during Flask effect.
