Silence

Silence curses all targets in an area, making them unable to cast spells. Attack skills can still be used.

This curse is currently only available to enemies with the "Hexfont" nemesis mod or "Seditionist" tormented spirits. It is not available as a skill gem to players and can only be encountered from a rare with Hexfont or from a Whispering Strongbox.
