Rampage league

The Rampage league is a upcoming 3 month league based of the Standard league. [1]
It will start along with the Beyond league on August 20, 2014 and will last until November 20, 2014. At the end of the league all characters and stashes will be moved to Standard league. Characters that die during the three months respawn in Rampage.
Overview
In Rampage the player will build up rampage for gettings kills inbetween a 5 second time frame before the rampage resets. As players progress though the rampage levels they'll receive various effects such as faster attacks, faster movement, novas that explode or stun enemies, summoned spirit weapons up to a cyclone at 325 kills that explodes nearby enemies.
