Overwhelm

Base Critical Strike Chance for Attacks with Weapons is 8%
+10% to Critical Strike Multiplier per Nearby Enemy, up to +100%

Overwhelm is a notable Ascendancy passive skill for the Slayer that sets the base critical strike chance of the equipped weapon to 8%, added critical strike multiplier per nearby enemy, and reduces the critical strike multiplier of nearby enemies.

This passive overrides the weapon's critical strike chance value to 8%. Additional sources of base critical strike chance will be applied over this override.
