This article describes historical game content.
Nets were items used to capture beasts in the Bestiary leagues. Obtaining nets is not possible anymore. Existing nets remain in the permanent leagues, but don't have a use.
Mechanics
- Note: Nets are currently unusable. This section describes its use during the Bestiary league.
Players can throw a net at any catchable beasts using a hotkey (Default: V). It will use the currently equipped net. Right clicking a net in your inventory will change the equipped net.
When throwing a net at a beast, it will go into a capturing state and becomes momentarily stunned. The beast has a significant amount of damage reduction while being captured and cannot be killed in this state.
If successfully captured, Einhar will appear and take the beast to the Menagerie. The lower the beast's life the more likely it is to get captured. If capturing fails, the beast is freed, recovers some life and becomes Enraged. You may try again after the Enrage effect wears off.
