Modifiers
Monkey Paw Talisman can have one of three implicit modifiers that provides a chance to gain a certain type of charge when the character kills an enemy. The <Charge on Kill Variant> placeholder is replaced by one of the following modifiers, chosen randomly:
- 10% chance to gain an Endurance Charge on Kill
- 10% chance to gain a Frenzy Charge on Kill
- 10% chance to gain a Power Charge on Kill
