Map fragment

Vaal Fragments can be used in the Map Device in the Eternal Laboratory to open a portal to high level Vaal areas. There are two series of each four different types of fragments and one of each type is required to access the area.

• The regular sacrifice fragments are required to open a portal to the Apex of Sacrifice, where the player can encounter Queen Atziri and her four unique subordinates. The fragments can only be obtained from Vaal Vessels in Corrupted Areas.

• The advanced mortal fragments are required to open a portal to the Alluring Abyss and are only be obtained from Queen Atziri.

Vaal Fragments

The four fragments are:

• Sacrifice at DawnSacrifice at DawnStack Size: 10Only those who aspire can dare to hope.Can be used in a personal Map Device.
• Sacrifice at DuskSacrifice at DuskStack Size: 10The Vaal shall never fear the setting of our sun.Can be used in a personal Map Device.
• Sacrifice at MidnightSacrifice at MidnightStack Size: 10Look to our Queen, for she will lead us into the light.Can be used in a personal Map Device.
• Sacrifice at NoonSacrifice at NoonStack Size: 10The light without pales in comparison to the light within.Can be used in a personal Map Device.

• Mortal GriefMortal GriefStack Size: 10When we prostrate ourselves to the night, we worship mortality.Can be used in a personal Map Device.
• Mortal HopeMortal HopeStack Size: 10Look to our Queen, for she will lead us from the darkness.Can be used in a personal Map Device.
