Note: this is a manually compiled list from Stats.dat, and not all modifiers may be applicable to the current game version.

dropped_items_are_fractured_chance_% Several items drop with a fractured modifier.
dropped_items_are_converted_to_top_tier_base_item_types_in_same_item_class
monster_dropped_equipment_drops_as_sell_price_with_multiplier The sell price of dropped items becomes drops as currency, with the equivalent number of shards dropping as the full orbs.
dropped_items_have_all_white_sockets All sockets on the item are white sockets.
dropped_items_have_maximum_sockets Items dropped by this monster drop with up to its maximum number of sockets.
dropped_items_have_1_to_30_quality Items can drop with up to 30 quality.
dropped_items_are_converted_to_armour
dropped_items_are_converted_to_weapons
dropped_items_are_converted_to_jewellery_and_jewels
dropped_items_are_converted_to_maps
dropped_items_are_converted_to_divination_cards Some dropped items are randomly converted to divination cards.
dropped_items_are_one_rarity_higher Normal items drop as magic, magic items drop as rare, and rare items drop as unique.
dropped_items_are_converted_to_scarabs_based_on_rarity Converts items dropped into scarabs.
dropped_items_are_converted_to_currency_based_on_rarity_%_chance Converts items dropped into currency.
