Lieutenant of Rage is one of the side bosses of the Lord's Labyrinth. Each day the game rotates the layout of the Labyrinth and Lieutenants is one of the rotations.
As of patch 3.14.0 the Lieutenant of Rage's aura no longer causes the player to take reflected damage.[1]
The other two Lieutenants are Lieutenant of the Bow and Lieutenant of the Mace.
