Carrion is a notable passive skill that grants Life Regeneration if you hit a cursed enemy recently. It also applies a reducing effect to the Life Regeneration rate to cursed enemies.

Anointment

Blight anointment to unlock the passive:

Oil #1	Oil #2	Oil #3	Outcome
Sepia Oil	Black Oil	Black Oil	Last Rites	Enemies Cursed by you have 50% reduced Life Regeneration Rate Enemies you Curse cannot Recharge Energy Shield Cursed Enemies you Kill are destroyed
