Gemcutter's Promise is a divination card. A set of three can be exchanged for a random gem (a skill gem or a support gem) with 20% quality.

As of 3.0 Gemcutter's Promise can drop in:
- The Lunaris Concourse
Gemcutter's Promise can drop in the following world areas:
- The Ebony Barracks on any difficulty
It can also drop in areas generated by the following maps:
- Module Error: No results found for item using search term "page = Colonnade Map"
- Module Error: No results found for item using search term "page = Promenade Map"
