A Gemcutter's Prism (GCP) is a currency item that can be used to improve the quality of a gem. Each Gemcutter's Prism will always raise the quality by 1%.
Gemcutter's Prisms can be obtained by vendoring gems with their quality adding up to atleast 40%.
Vendoring a Gemcutter's Prism with a level 20 gem will give you that gem on level one with 20% quality on it.
