Gathering Winds is a notable Ascendancy passive skill for the Deadeye.

Gathering Winds grants permanent Tailwind to the player and nearby allies. Using any skill grants one Gale Force, a temporary stacking buff that grants 15% increased effect of tailwind per stack.
