Fragment of the Minotaur is a Map fragment dropped by the Guardian of the Minotaur in the Module Error: No results found for item using search term "page = Maze of the Minotaur Map".
The fragment is one of four used to gain access to The Shaper's Realm via the Map Device.
It is guaranteed to drop upon killing the map's unique boss.
