(I added a reference to all the information in mechanics. I removed the line about flying minions not blocking each other cause it wasn't in the source and I am not sure if they block each other or not. After reading the source I changed projectile information to show that it behaves in similar way to flying monster, but is not considered a flying monster.)

Flying is the act of ascending the ground.

Mechanics

Flying entities can move over small rocks and other places where minions, characters and monsters can't. [1]

Flying entities are unaffected by all ground effects. [2]

Flying entities do not block the path of minions, characters and enemy monsters. [3]

Summon Raging Spirit

Corrupted Skullbearers cast Summon Raging Spirit

Projectiles

Projectiles can move over the same terrain as flying monsters, but are not considered flying monsters.
